Terms of service
The rules for organizers, staff and riders using Corsalo.
Last updated 14 October 2026.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Corsalo website, web admin, staff app and rider app (together, the "Service"), provided by PAVLE RALIĆ PR AVEDOC,Palmira Toljatije 46/24, Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 66397220, tax ID (PIB) 112852591 ("Corsalo"). Organizers accept them when they create an account or sign an order; riders and staff accept them when they use the apps.
2. Definitions
- Organizer: a company that runs track days and holds a Corsalo account.
- Staff: people the organizer gives access to, such as marshals and desk workers.
- Rider: a participant in an event who uses the rider app through a pass issued by the organizer.
- Event data: everything the organizer, staff or riders put into the Service for an event.
3. Accounts and access
Organizers are responsible for their accounts and for the staff accounts they create, including keeping sign-in details secure and removing access when someone leaves.
Passes are personal. A rider must not share their pass or identity QR. Organizers can revoke and reissue passes at any time.
4. Safety on track
Corsalo supports the running of an event; it does not replace the organizer's safety procedures, marshals, flags, briefings or the track's rules. Group assignments, wrong-group alerts, lap times and notifications depend on timing equipment, mobile networks and devices, and may be late, incomplete or wrong.
The organizer remains responsible for every decision about who rides, in which group and when. Riders must follow the instructions of the organizer and the marshals at all times, whatever the app shows.
5. Plans, invoicing and payment
- Organizers pay per published event at the price shown on our pricing page, or a price agreed in writing (enterprise and white label).
- On a per-event plan, an event is charged once, when it is first published. If the event is cancelled, the charge can be voided on request.
- Yearly fees agreed in writing are charged at the start of each yearly period and are not refunded for unused time.
- Charges are invoiced once per quarter, in EUR, payable by bank transfer within 15 days of the invoice date.
- If an invoice is overdue, we may suspend the publishing of new events until it is paid. Events already published stay readable.
- Plan limits (such as riders per event) are guidance; we will contact you if you regularly go over them.
6. Event data
The organizer owns its event data and is responsible for having the right to import it, including rider personal data. We process rider data on the organizer's behalf under our data processing agreement and our privacy policy.
Organizers can export their event data while their account is active.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, or to send spam or unrelated marketing through posts, alerts or chat.
- Don't try to access data of other organizers or events, or get around passes, roles or rate limits.
- Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, especially on event days, and design the apps to keep working offline. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features; we will tell organizers in advance about changes that remove something they rely on.
9. Third-party services
Timing data may come from third-party systems (for example MYLAPS), and sign-in may use Google or Apple. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
10. Intellectual property
Corsalo and its software, design and brand belong to us. Organizers keep all rights in their own content, logos and event data, and give us the right to use them only to provide the Service.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or for incidents on track. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees the organizer paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending the agreement
Organizers can stop using the Service at any time; yearly agreements run until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms. After an account closes, we delete event data within 90 days, except what we must keep by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes go to the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
