Delete your data
How to have your Corsalo data deleted.
Last updated 14 October 2026.
1. Request deletion
Use this form (or email info@corsalo.com). We confirm with you by email from the address you give, then delete within 30 days.
2. Riders (Corsalo app)
Riders don't have an account: access to an event comes from the pass the organizer issued.
- On your phone: open the event in the Corsalo app, go to Me → Leave event. The event and everything the app stored for it are removed from the phone, and the phone stops receiving that event's data and notifications.
- On our servers: send the form above (or email info@corsalo.com) naming the event. We pass the request to the event organizer, who controls rider data for their event, and confirm when it's done, within 30 days.
3. Organizers and staff (sign-in accounts)
- Ask your company's admin to remove you under Staff in the web admin; you lose access straight away.
- To delete the account itself, send the form above (or email info@corsalo.com from the account's address). We delete it within 30 days.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your name, email, phone, emergency contact, bike and class, pass and device data, push notification tokens, location reports, chat messages with their photos and voice messages, and your sign-in account.
- Kept, without your name: lap times and results the organizer published, as anonymous entries, and the organizer's audit log entries, for as long as the organizer keeps the event.
- Kept as the law requires: invoices and billing records of organizers.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days of the deletion.
