Everything a track day needs, in one place.
A rider app with no accounts, a scanner for your staff, and a web admin for everything you prepare before the day.
For riders: scan once, everything else follows.
A pass instead of an account
At the registration desk, staff show the rider's personal pass and the rider scans it with the app. That's the whole login. Only riders you imported or approved have a pass, so nobody else gets in.
- No signup, no password
- Works on any number of events: riders switch between them
- Riders who register at the track fill in a form in the app; staff approve after payment

The day on one screen
A status banner tells riders what to do next. Below it: urgent alerts, organizer news, the event description, photos, the track map and rules.
- Schedule with the rider's own sessions highlighted
- Delays show up live, with a "now" marker
- Push notifications for sessions, group changes and red flags

Identity QR and checklist
Riders show a QR code at every desk. It refreshes every 30 seconds and is signed on the phone, so it can't be screenshotted and shared, and it works with no signal.
- Checklist: registration, transponder, tech, briefing, sticker
- Current group, sticker status and group history
- Nickname and leaderboard privacy settings
refresh 0:24
Live lap times
Leaderboards for the whole event, each day and each session, by group and class. Tap any rider to see every lap, their best lap and consistency.
- Personal best compared with the previous session
- Live indicator while a session is running
- Riders can hide their name or number on the public board
Session 3
For staff: a scanner built for the paddock.
No sticker, no track
Staff pick a checkpoint and scan riders continuously. Each scan shows the rider, their group colour and what's still missing. The group sticker is only issued when registration, transponder, tech and briefing are done.
- Transponder issue and return linked to the rider
- Tech inspection pass or fail, with an optional noise reading
- Undo a wrong scan within 30 seconds
Sticker desk
Works offline
Scans are checked on the device against the rider list and synced when signal returns.
Made for noise
Different sounds and vibrations for OK, warning and error.
Hidden organizer mode
Staff sign in inside the same app, separate from any rider session on the phone.
Roles
Admins configure events. Staff get only the scanner, the lists and the checkpoints you assign.
Groups that follow the stopwatch.
Automatic regrouping, reviewed by you
After a chosen session or at a set time, Corsalo recomputes groups from the day's best laps and your group capacities. You review the moves, pin or move riders by hand, and publish. Riders who moved are notified to collect a new sticker.
- Triggers: after a session, at a time, or by hand
- Capacities as rider counts or percentages
- Riders without a time stay in their group
Lap times and wrong-group alerts
Passings from your timing system become laps, handling out-laps, double reads and transponder hand-overs. When a transponder shows up in another group's session, staff and the rider are alerted right away.
- Leaderboards per event, day, session and group
- Invalidate a lap with a reason; restore it later
- MYLAPS connection in development; CSV import available now
For the office: prepare once, reuse every event.
Events and schedules
Create multi-day events with a schedule builder, groups and capacities. Every session can send an automatic “on track in 10 minutes” alert to its group. Clone an event to run the same format again.
- Schedule templates and bulk time shifts
- Delay the rest of the day in one step
- Event description, gallery and documents
Import riders from anywhere
Keep your registration and payment system. Export the rider list as CSV or JSON, map the columns once, fix errors in the preview and import.
- Initial groups, race numbers, bikes and classes
- Duplicates and invalid rows flagged before import
- Add or edit riders by hand at any time

The whole day on one dashboard
Checked in, tech passed, stickers pending, transponders out, open violations and the next trigger, live. Put it on a big screen in the timing office.
- Registration desk view to show passes on a laptop or tablet
- Posts and alerts to everyone, one group or specific riders
- One chat thread per rider
And everything around it
Races and grids
Riders opt in to races. Entries are assigned automatically by class and lap time, and published grids reach each rider's phone with their position.
Walk-in registration
Show an event QR at the desk. Riders fill in the form in the app and get a 4-digit code; staff approve after payment.
Transponder reminders
After the return deadline, riders who still have one get reminders until it's back.
Scheduled alerts
Prepare posts and alerts days ahead: "Gates open at 7:00", "Briefing in 10 minutes".
